đź“–Sunday Recap

Yesterday morning, we were blessed to have Allan Wright bring the Word as he kicked off our revival series, Heed the Call. His message reminded us of the urgency and importance of heeding the call to seek the Lord. Allan pointed us to the truth that seeking God means devoting our whole heart and soul to Him—not giving Him leftovers, but making Him our first and greatest pursuit. We are called to seek His face above all else and to do so while there is still time.

As we reflect on this message, let’s consider what it means for us personally. What are we truly seeking each day? Do our priorities show that we are chasing after God first, or have other things quietly taken His place? Seeking the Lord is not just about a moment on Sunday, it’s about choosing, day by day, to turn our hearts toward Him, to pray, to open His Word, and to listen for His direction. This week, let’s intentionally create space to seek Him; whether that’s setting aside time in prayer, opening Scripture before turning on the TV, or pausing in the middle of a busy day to acknowledge His presence. When we seek Him, He promises to be found, and that changes everything.

Small Groups
Begin September 21

It’s time to sign up for a small group! Whether it’s Sunday evening at the church, in someone’s home, or during the week, there’s a place for you. Last year, about 40 people joined a small group, we’d love to see even more this year. Our hope is that everyone would find a group where they feel known, encouraged, and spiritually fed.

Why are small groups important?

  • They help us grow deeper in our walk with Christ.
  • They create space for honest questions and real conversations.
  • They give us people to lean on, pray with, and walk through life beside.
  • They help the church stay connected outside of Sunday mornings.

Stop by the sign up sheet in the lobby to sign-up. Let’s take a step toward community, together.
